1. Cancellations

• Cancellations of purchased subscriptions are not permitted.

• Users with concerns about their purchase can visit Sam’s Fitness Center and consult the administrator directly.

 

2. Refunds

• Refunds, if approved by the admin team, will be processed to the user’s bank account.

• Refund requests will not be entertained through the App or other digital channels.

 

3. Service Scope

• The App facilitates the purchase of gym plans and fitness services, which must be utilized at Sam’s Performance Studio.

• No physical or digital goods are sold through the App.
